Prasad Lonkar

Prasad Lonkar is our student and is in vocational section. He is a nice boy, very quite, can speak and understand language. He follows command meticulously. His S.Q. is also good. The main problem with Prasad is cognition. Since he lacks cognition he can not make decisions. This is the main difference in a so called normal person and mentally challenged person. Since last about one month Prasad's mother is ill. She is in fact seriously ill and doctors have given up, and they have sent her home saying that they can not help any more. She is a single parent since she lost her husband about six years back.
Prasad has a elder brother. He has just finished his post graduation in commerce. He has just started working and not still earning. So what happens after her demise? As far as we are concerned as a institute, we will have to bring him in our Sandnya Srushti campus and arrange for his lodging and boarding.
SSS does not believe in hostels for mentally challenged and we feel home is the best place for the mentally challenged person. But we do realize that in certain situations hostels are required. So we have resolved, that, any of our students if becomes orphan, than in such cases we take the responsibility of him in total. This is irrespective of weather parents have made any provision or not in respect of financial arrangement. There fore Prasad will face no hardship after his mother's demise.
