Waiting list going up------

In a week there are at least 2-3 fresh cases for assessment for admission in our special school. It is not possible to give admission to any more mentally challenged child in our school. Already the wait list number has reached 55. I do not know when can we clear this wait list. If I have to clear this wait list, I must have third bus immediately. I need Rs.10.00 lacks for this, which we do not have. Secondly, we need to have the building under construction to be completed at faster pace which again depends on receiving additional donations for this purpose. And thirdly and most importantly, we must get additional special educators. Getting special educators is a real problem since there is an acute shortage because of Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan, a government of India`s scheme. Even if we ignore the quality of these special educators, which you do not get nowadays, it is difficult to find one. We try to convince parents for home based training programme but most of them do not agree for that. They are willing to wait till they get admission. But we are not in a position to tell them when can we clear the wait list. It seems parents have started realizing that our's is the best special school as far as mentally challenged are concerned. We feel guilty that we can not full fill there expectation by giving admission. I am sure, Almighty God knows when to full fill our needs and in turn when to meet the desire of wait list parents.
